Yanlord Development (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. was founded in April 2004. It represents the Group’s expansion into Bohai Rim Area following successes in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and West China. Tianjin also functions as the Group’s headquarter in North China. Yanlord Tianjin will carry on Yanlord’s tradition of developing quality products in diversified locations.
Currently, Yanlord Tianjin holds two projects, Yanlord Riverside Plaza and another project located in Erzha along the Haihe River. These projects will feature modern technologies, energy efficiency solutions and environmental sustainability. Yanlord Tianjin is also actively involved in the planning of Tianjin’s urban development, and is ready to make active contributions to the growth of Tianjin.
