Yanlord Town is located at the junction of Yanggao Road North and Dongrong Road, Shanghai city. It is located within the Waigaoqiao district, which has become a major residential area with the completion of the Metro Line No. 6. This development comprises 12 residential apartment blocks with a total of approximately 428 units. This development occupies a site area of 94,174 sqm and has a GFA of 75,573 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 73,353 sqm. We commenced the construction of this development in September 2005 and completed construction in December 2007.
