Bamboo Gardens is located at No. 5 Yulan Road, Yuhuatai district, Nanjing city. It is located in the area around Huashen Lake, south of the main Nanjing city and is near the scenic Yuhuatai district. The three phases of this development comprises residential properties with 2,770 units. This development occupies a combined site area of 233,000 sqm and has a combined GFA of 394,310 sqm and a combined total saleable GFA of 385,308 sqm. We commenced the construction of this development in November 2000 and completed construction of the entire development in December 2008.
