MR. TIE CHUN

Mr. Tie Chun joined Yanlord in August 2010 and was appointed General Manager of Yanlord’s operations in Wuxi in October 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Tie served as General Manager of Wuxi and Changzhou Regional operations from May 2021 to September 2024, overseeing all business activities of the unit. During his tenure at Yanlord, Mr. Tie held various positions responsible for Yanlord’s operations in Suzhou, including as Civil Engineering Supervisor, Project Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager. He also previously served as General Manager in charge of Yanlord’s Wuxi and Changzhou Regional operations. Before joining Yanlord, Mr. Tie was a Civil Engineering Supervisor at Suzhou Road King Real Estate Company from May 2010 to August 2010. From 2007 to 2010, he worked at Suzhou Zhongyuan Construction and Development Company as a Civil Engineering Head. Between 2006 and 2007, he served as a Civil Engineer at Suzhou Xinyuan Land Company and from 2003 to 2006, he was a Civil Engineer at Suzhou Fulai Engineering Project Co., Ltd. Mr. Tie graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2011 with a Master’s degree in Project Management.
