Chengdu Yanlord Riverbay (Phase 2)

With a site area of approximately 119,000m2 and a GFA of approximately 390,000m2, Yanlord River Bay rests ideally on the thoroughfare of Shudu Avenue and borders the Second Ring Road East (Section 4) on the extended East Main Street, which has been earmarked to be Chengdu’s new financial service hub.

In addition to its prime location, the site also benefits from a host of comprehensive amenities that will add to its attraction as a prime residential development including connectivity via the Metro Line 2 Gangguanchang subway station (currently under construction) and recreational facilities such as the Tazishan Park and Sha River.

The greater Pangchenggang District has been classified under the Chengdu municipal government’s city master plan to be developed into an area that integrates business, commercial and residential functions. Leveraging on our experiences in high-end residential development, Yanlord will develop this latest site into a signature residential community in Chengdu City. The project is currently undergoing planning and architectural design reviews.
