Ailian Project, located in downtown Longgang District of Shenzhen City, stands at the southern portal of whole district.  

With a land area of 116,100m2 and planned GFA of approximately 475,600m2, the project is positioned to be an exemplary fully-fitted residential development and a model for the redevelopment of the district. The development is currently in its architectural design stage.
