We commenced the construction of this development in March 1993 and completed construction in November 1996. |

Phase 1 has a total GFA of 232,744 sq m. The total saleable GFA of Phase 1 is 224,735 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development in May 2003 and completed construction in August 2005. This development is also known as "Yanlord Town" in the PRC. |

We commenced the construction of this development in August 2005 and are expecting to complete construction in December 2007. |

Yanlord Riverside City Phase 3 has a total GFA of 292,323 sq m. The design and conceptualising for the third phase has just begun. We are expecting to commence the construction of this development in the first quarter of 2007 and complete construction in December 2008. |

We commenced construction of this development in May 2002 and are expecting to complete construction in December 2006. |

Yanlord Town is located at the junction of Yanggao Road North and Dongrong Road, Shanghai City. It is located within the Waigaoqiao district, which will become a major residential area with the completion of the Metro Line No. 6 in the next five years. This development occupies a site area of 94,174 sq m and has a GFA of 76,674 sq m. It comprises a total saleable GFA of 74,756 sq m. This development comprises 12 residential apartment blocks with a total of 428 units. We commenced the construction of this development in September 2005 and are expecting to complete construction in April 2007. This development is also known as "Yanlord Parkside" in the PRC. |

Yunjie Riverside Garden (Phase 1)
Yunjie Riverside Garden is located at Lane 99, South Huaqing Road, Qingpu District, Shanghai City. The two phases of this integrated residential development comprise 394 villas, 27 low-rise apartment blocks, clubhouse facilities and retail space. This development occupies a site area of 131,463 sq m and has a GFA of 157,000 sq m. The total saleable GFA of Phase 1 is 151,974 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development in March 2005 and are expecting to complete construction in December 2008. This project is developed by Shanghai Renjie Hebin Garden Property Co., Ltd, a joint venture between Shanghai Yanlord Property Co., Ltd and Shanghai Yunjie Real Estate Co., Ltd. |
