This development site is located at South Shuige Avenue, Dongma Road, Nankai District, Tianjin. It is located in a culturally rich and vibrant area of Tianjin, close to major traditional shopping areas and business districts, such as the Xiaobailou Central Business District and Nanjing Road. This development occupies a site area of 95,277 sq m and has a GFA of approximately 347,500 sq m. This integrated development will comprise residential apartment units, retail spaces, office and serviced apartments. There will be two phases of development for this property. The planned GFA of the first phase comprising residential and serviced apartments is 227,300 sq m and 46,300 sq m respectively. The planned GFA of the second phase comprising retail and office space is 74,300 sq m and 33,600 sq m respectively. We are expecting to commence the construction of the first phase of this development in December 2006 and complete construction in November 2008. The construction commencement date for the second phase is yet to be determined. |
