 Yanlord Peninsula
Yanlord Peninsula is located at No. 1800, 1818 and 2388, Tong Da Road, West Dushu Lake, Suzhou, the PRC. This development occupies a site area of 262,668 sq m and has a GFA of approximately 213,471 sq m. The total saleable GFA of the three zones is expected to be 204,471 sq m. The development will comprise residential apartment blocks of 708 apartment units, 367 villas, and ancillary facilities. The development is divided into three zones. We commenced development of the first zone in May 2006 and are expecting to complete in April 2007. The development of the second zone will commence in September 2006 and is expected to complete by June 2008. The development of the third zone will commence in November 2007 and is expected to complete by June 2010.
