 Hengye International Plaza (Phase 1)
Hengye International Plaza is located at No. 88 Section 1 of North Shangmao Avenue, Jinniu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the Jinniu District of Chengdu, an important logistics hub of Chengdu city. This development will be the first international wholesale mall in Chengdu. Hengye International Plaza is developed by Chengdu Everrising Asset Management Co., Ltd, a joint venture between Yanlord Land Pte. Ltd. and Zhengye Property Co., Ltd. This development occupies a site area of 27,973 sq m and has a GFA of 44,643 sq m. It comprises a total lettable GFA of 41,084 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development in December 2004 and completed construction in April 2006. |

Hengye Gardens (Phase 2 of Hengye International Plaza)
Hengye Gardens occupies a site area of 23,036 sq m and has a GFA of 57,376 sq m. It is expected to comprise a total saleable GFA of approximately 57,376 sq m. This development will comprise residential apartments. We commenced the construction of this development in May 2006 and are expecting to complete construction in January 2008. |

 Yanlord Landmark
Yanlord Landmark is located on the main thoroughfare of Chengdu city at the second section of Renmin South Road in Jinjiang District. This is the central business district of this hub city in southern China. This development is located at the intersection of the proposed mass rapid transit line through the city. This development occupies a site area of 19,182 sq m and has a GFA of 190,980 sq m. The planned GFA of the offices and the shopping mall is 72,073 sq m and 64,556 sq m, respectively. The planned GFA of the serviced apartments is 51,415 sq m. This development will be an integrated development comprising offices, a shopping mall and serviced apartments, including an underground retail space and carpark and will comprise a total saleable GFA of 188,044 sq m. We currently intend to lease out this development when it is completed. We commenced the construction of this development in September 2006 and are expecting to complete construction in October 2009. |
