We commenced construction of the first four phases of this development, excluding Lakeside Mansions, in May 1994 and completed construction in October 1999. |

Lakeside Mansions is located at No. 66, Xisu Garden Road, Baixia Area and forms part of Plum Mansions. This development is a residential development comprising 389 units. We commenced the construction of this development in November 2000 and completed construction in December 2002.

 Bamboo Gardens (Phase 1)
Bamboo Gardens is located at No. 5 Yulan Road, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing City. It is located in the area around Huashen Lake, south of the main Nanjing City and is near the scenic Yuhuatai District. This development occupies a site area of approximately 76,900 sq m and has a GFA of 118,230 sq m and a total saleable GFA of 110,776 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development comprising 713 units in November 2000 and completed construction in October 2003.

 Bamboo Gardens (Phase 2)
Bamboo Gardens occupies a site area of 90,700 sq m and has a GFA of approximately 158,299 sq m. As of 31 March 2006, Phase 2 is expected to comprise a saleable GFA of 148,328 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development in December 2003 and have completed construction of Stage 1 in January 2006. We are expecting to complete construction of the rest of Phase 2 in December 2007.
Bamboo Gardens (Phase 3)
Bamboo Garden occupies a site area of 65,400 sq m and has a GFA of 101,500 sq m. As of 31 March 2006, Phase 3 is expected to comprise a saleable GFA of 100,000 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development in March 2006 and are expecting to complete construction in December 2008. |

Orchid Mansions is located No. 2 Yulan Road, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing City. It is located within the Yuhuatai region. This development occupies a site area of 94,134 sq m and has a GFA of 69,649 sq m. It comprises 256 villas with approximately 70% of the land used for landscaping. It comprises a total saleable GFA of 67,489 sq m. We commenced the construction of this development in November 2000 and completed construction in September 2003.

Yanlord Towers is located at No. 116 Lushan Road, Jianye District, Nanjing City. It is located in the central business district area in the Hexi New City centre and is also beside the Nanjing Olympic Centre Stadium. This development occupies a site area of 28,415 sq m and has a GFA of 112,998 sq m. It comprises a total saleable GFA of 104,816 sq m. This development comprises 464 apartment units and ancillary facilities. We intend to lease out one tower of this development. We commenced the construction of this development in May 2004 and are expecting to complete construction in December 2007.
