 Yanlord Landmark

Yanlord Landmark is a key investment property project of Yanlord Land Group in West China. Located at the heart of Chengdu CBD along the major arteries, the project neighbors top-grade office buildings, five-star hotels and luxury department stores. The office and the shopping center of Yanlord Landmark have been operational since September 2010. The office space of the project meets the demand of overseas corporates in Chengdu with its high quality fittings. It plays an important part in the development of Chengdu CBD.  Yanlord River Bay

With a site area of approximately 119,000 square metres (¡°sqm¡±) and a GFA of approximately 390,000 sqm, Yanlord River Bay rests ideally on the thoroughfare of Shudu Avenue and borders the Second Ring Road East (Section 4) on the extended East Main Street, which has been earmarked to be Chengdu¡¯s new financial service hub. In addition to the prime locality, the site also benefits from a host of comprehensive amenities that will add to its attraction as a prime residential development including connectivity via the Metro Line 2 Gangguanchang subway station (currently under construction) and recreational facilities such as the Tazishan Park and the Sha River. The greater Pangchenggang District has been classified under the Chengdu municipal government¡¯s city master plan to be developed into an area which integrates business, commercial and residential functions. Leveraging on our experiences in high-end residential development, Yanlord will develop this latest site into a signature residential community in Chengdu City.  Hengye Gardens

Hengye Gardens, located in the traditional commercial area in North Chengdu, is a high-end Singapore garden-style residential project with a total GFA of 100,000 m2. No efforts were spared to make the project meet demands of customers for a harmonious environment and a comfortable living space. Hengye Gardens sets a new standard for residential projects in the neighborhood, and had attracted business owners both locally and those from outside Chengdu City. The completed properties were gradually delivered to customers since April 2008.

 Hengye International Plaza

Hengye International Plaza, with a total GFA of approximately 40,000 m2, is the first exchange market specializing in household goods in West China, where people can purchase household appliances and textile products. Hengye International Plaza, with its innovative design, comprehensive facilities and services, has attracted both wholesalers and retailers from different parts of the country.
